My experience was overall below average.

My experience was overall below average. The repair quality was excellent. However, the lady scheduling the appointment lacked communication skills. She called me 7 times to schedule a repair which was already scheduled. After I communicated to her the work that needs to be done on the vehicle, she failed to communicate it to the technicians resulting in a delay. Also, my vehicle had 200 extra miles at the time of pickup. When I checked the navigation, my vehicle had been to Walmart and 2 different cemeteries. Clearly, someone took it for a joy ride which is unprofessional. I recommend this shop due to good quality work but the scheduling lady lacks customer service and communication skills. Lastly, be aware of extra miles on your vehicle!

The service department has always been informational and professional in maintaining my Stelvio. The valet drivers are wonderful.

Everyone is so helpful.

Everyone is so helpful. Service is up front and straight forward. You always know what your price is and the staff is amazing. Car always comes back cleaner then when we drop it off.

Had my Stelvio serviced and as always, service was exceptional. Both Keith and Aimee are very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. While waiting for my service to be completed I did interface with Steve Radle, sales, who is another knowledgeable and professional staff member of the Faulkner family.

I had the opportunity to use the service department twice

I had the opportunity to use the service department twice in the past month and the customer service provided by Aimee and Keith is top notch. The work was done quickly and professionally. While waiting I met with Chris and Steven in sales and they too were excellent to deal with. Knowledgeable and low pressure. When I am ready for another vehicle I will not hesitate to work with them.
