Excellent. The work on my Alfa was done promptly and properly. I had some additional questions and my service rep made an extra effort to get me an answer.

Able to get an appointment quickly.

Able to get an appointment quickly. Very clean service department. Amazing service reps that give you true personal service and are very thorough with a vehicle health report along with a vacuum and wash.

Service staff, Kieth in particular, handled my ‘claim’— I

Service staff, Kieth in particular, handled my ‘claim’— I love my Alfa, but suffice to say, its breakdown on the JFX was a scary experience. Kieth advised they weren’t able to determine the problem… in the meantime, they identified that one of my headlights wasn’t working, replacement of which, covered under warranty (as well it should be, given my purchase of the vehicle dating back to May 2023). So, ‘proof will be in the pudding’— I’ll be replicating my trip from Orioles Park this coming weekend with my son and 7-yr old grandson, so I’m praying to say the least for NO REPEAT.
