Awesome experience. Wasn't even planning on buying that day, but Rich found me the exact car that was perfect for me. Everyone there was so helpful and friendly, and not at all like what some people expect from car salesman. Very personable, great sense of humors too! I will tell everyone to buy their car there for sure!

I walked into Gebhardt VW after walking out of a dozen other dealerships. I could not find a single lease or purchase that I could afford and feel safe driving. Rich Moss at Gebhardt VW worked with me until I left a very happy and proud owner of my beautiful new Jetta. Rich and Gebhardt have continued to look after my ride (and ME!) So glad I walked into Gebhardt. I will always own a VW! Thanks, Rich!

I have leased both the Jetta, and the Tiguan from Rich Moss at the Boulder Gebhardt VW dealership. Rich happily went out of his way to fully accommodate my requests. Both times I had a great customer service experience, and often enjoy seeing the staff on Saturdays for my free car wash. All of the staff including the manager Jerry Bases are very friendly and authentically provided the best car for me at the best price. I highly recommend this location to anyone. All the best and I look forward to purchasing or leasing my next one.

Salesman listened to what we wanted, responded accordingly. Friendly, fast, professional. Was a pleasant buying experience. Appreciated the time he took to show us the car after purchase and how to work all the bells and whistles.

Rich Moss sold me my 2010 VW Jetta TDI Wagen. It's a hard car to find in Colorado and Rich had one in stock. It was a straightforward sticker price transaction and no hard sales pressure or pitches from anyone. Rich has done a great job following up with me ever since, checking in and making sure that everything is still going well with the car. And I do love the car. 40MPG + around town - that is worth the savings in gas costs every month!!

This dealership was awful. Before you conduct business with these people consider this. My car salesman Rich was a completely unprofessional. He called other prospective customers "xxxxxxxxxx" in front of my girlfriend and I, great customer service!. He then would only discuss the purchase of the car in terms of monthly payments. I had already arranged financing with my bank so the payments did not matter, the price of the car did. After taking forever to agree on a price he finnaly started showing me the features of the vehicle, half way through he received a cell phone call and left us sitting in the vehicle for thirty minutes while he went inside. We eventually got out and went inside to find him. He then said he needed a credit app and to see how long my previous employment was. NONE of this was relevant because the financing was already in place. Chad the finance guy was even sleezier. He spent twenty minutes trying to sell some bogus extra warrenty to the tune of two thousand dollars. I almost fell for it just because he worded his pitch in a way that made it sound like my manufacturer's warrenty would be voided if I didnt choose a specific warrenty package. After I got him to remove the bogus warrenty he decided to treat me like xxxx and get me out of there as fast as possible. Which was great for me! After we left the dealership, I felt completely sick to my stomach for buying a vehicle from Gebhardt. Although, it was only because they were the only dealership in Colorado that carried the cc-r line with the the interior color I wanted. I recently filled out a survey with VW and had Carol Gebhardt call me to follow up. She clearly has had alot of negative reviews because her response to me was completely off topic and rehearsed. Go to Ed Carrol VW if your shopping in Colorado, I don't think anyone at Gebhardt has any morals or integrity.

I've been going to Gebhardt VW for 15 years. First it was service on a VW Corrado (cool car!). In 2001 I bought a GTI from Gebhardt. Over the years the list of screw-ups and rip-offs has been endless. Every service visit has had some type of problem. The service guys will smile as they steal your money with lies and mistakes. The place is rotten from culture of the Gebhardt family owners. I have endured it because I want a VW and they're the only one in town. Either that or I'm a masochist.
