Gillis CJDR

The service writers are a good group of people and deliver as they promise. If there is an issue, it is with the car wash. They use a person with a power washer and they do not even get the bugs off the windshield, so the car does not appear to be washed. Why offer a free car wash when it is nothing more than a rinse job?

I bought at gillis because I believe in keeping things local. like jeff and randy. I lost confidence in the service dept. a few months ago. my car needed brakes on the rear. gillis' price was higher than les schwab...went there. gillis said that my battery needed replacing and the front brakes would need replacing. on 6/27/18 ihad the oil changed...guess what! my battery was fine and they said the front brakes were 7mm plus, the same as the back brakes that were new 7mm plus. Monday 9 a.m. to have a leak in the transfer case repaired for $249..do I trust them? my third car from.

Fast service, friendly staff, and inexpensive. Gillis is the only place I go to service my vehicles.

Had a recall on my 2017 fusion and it was taken care of in a timely manner and was able to get in when it was convenient for me.

Gillis is always courteous and friendly, and thorough. The service department points out areas of concern, but doesn't push, leaving it up to the customer to decide when and how to proceed with recommended repairs.
