Great service again.

Another good experience today. Just ?The Works? . And everything in good shape and on my way in a short time. Thanks again for not having to worry about my sweet ride, my F150, now 10 years old but still runs like new.

For the most part my experience has been very good. However my fusion has a problem that twice now I've gone out to start it and it's totally dead for no reason. The dealership has offered to keep it overnight to see if they can find out what the problem is. However my basic warranty ran out 11 days ago so I'm wondering what the cost will be especially when this happened the first time it was under warranty but the problem wasn't found. Otherwise I have been very happy dealing with this dealership and wouldn't hesistate to buy another car from them.

Customer Service still a little short

They are still a little short on customer service. I cannot afford to make multiple trips for vehicle service. when I scheduled for a recall I tried to schedule for an oil change at the same time. I was told I would have to drop my vehicle for the day. Now that I am alone I cannot do that. I have been inconvenienced enough . . .

Great buying experience

We bought our third vehicle from Gillis. We worked with two salesmen, Randy and Frank, and they found us a Ford Explorer XLT that met all our requirements - and at a great price! The process was easy, and they made sure we were all set up with FordPass. We've also used the service department for ten years and always get good repairs and explanations from Aaron.

Treated like a family member

Courtesy and total support from all members of the Gillis team. Luis, Gus, Josh and the rest of the team we?re most gracious in the purchase process. I am most pleased with the professionalism of all involved.

Poor communication

It seems to me that once they have your vehicle in they?re shop they know your out of options and do whatever they want and treat you however they want. I will not bring my truck back to these guys again.
