Chrysler Pacifica hybrid

Glen Polk Autoplex does a great job. The staff is top notch in their communication and followup of sales and service. It has a very personal/small town feel which we found refreshing. My only complaint is with Chrysler logistics, as it took five weeks from vehicle completion to delivery and their inability to track the vehicle and provide a timeline for its arrival to the customer. In this day and age that is an embarrassment and totally unacceptable.

Service department

I would like to thank the service department for helping us out. On 12/12/2020, ar 2:15 P.M. We entered the service department with a problem on our 2019 f-150 King Ranch. We were greeted with a smile and (Brittney) ask how can we help you? Now, they close at 3:00 P.M., however they never once said we close at 3:00 P.M. They took us in and checked out our problem. The mechanic scanned my vehicle and made necessary repairs. I Wish we had got his name, however I did not . Brittney please thank him for the work and thank you for the smile and help. Outstanding work. Terry

From Kansas with a Flat Tire

The service department was quick locating a tire and getting it delivered to the shop. The facility was great and the customer service was fabulous.

Great buying experience!

Buying a car from Milford Fortenberry is always fun! Brandon Carr, the Ford manager, went out of his way to facilitate the whole process, even sending someone to our home in Oklahoma to get all necessary paperwork taken care of. I highly recommend Glenn Polk, this is my fourth car I have bought from them. I love my new Ford Expedition!
