Horrible Customer Service! I recently purchased a used truck from this dealership. This was the first time buying a vehicle from this dealership and my first time buying a vehicle in Texas. I was not offered a warranty at the time of the purchase. I had them service the transmission before I bought the truck. I have only had the truck for less than 8 weeks now and only driven it for less than 5K miles and they tell me it needs a new transmission. (the truck only has 79k miles on it!) They said they could get me a used transmission for $5000. I asked the service guy to see if they could help me out because I was a first time customer, a warranty was not offered to me at the time of purchase, and they serviced the transmission before I bought the truck, etc. Well, that was a couple of days ago and now no one will get back with me. I have to call and follow up on everything. I have left messages and I keep getting the run around. I am getting very suspicious that they messed up servicing the transmission because they won't call me back and give me an answer. My wife just got hired to be a teacher and I am in the police academy to become a police officer and it is VERY difficult having to share a vehicle. We have had to deal with this for almost two weeks now. Don't buy from this dealership. This is how they treat their customers.

Had a lot of bad experiences buying local here in Dallas, sad to say that. Couldn’t find my wife’s dream truck anywhere. So I got online and found the truck here at Glenn Polk. Not only was it the truck I was looking for, but at an excellent price!! Well worth the 50 minute drive. Les did a great job on having us out the dealership in a couple of hours with my wife’s dream truck!!! Happy wife Happy Life!! Definitely recommend going to Glenn Polk even if you’re an hour away.

I came in for a used car but ended up driving off with a new Ford explorer. Great people. Go on in and visit them they will make you feel right at home.

I’ve had a lot of cars and a corresponding amount of service experiences - Polk is, by far, the best ever. For that I credit Luis Moreno, whose professionalism and follow-though have been consistently excellent since my first visit. His attention to detail instills a sense of confidence in the work, and his recommendations are credible - if he said I needed a new flux capacitor, I would make an appointment to have it done.

Les worked very hard to find the right vehicle for me. He was easy to work with and coordinated the sale effectively long distance! Do recommend Glenn Polk Autoplex.
