Truck buyer

This buying experience was really easy and low pressure. My sales person Bryan, was very helpful and definitely made this a stress free process. I will recommend Glen Polk for a new vehicle!

Good job

I took my Ford Escape in for its first (complimentary) oil change. I was pleased with both the service my car received and the short length of time it took. My only complaint is that no one was wearing a mask or practicing safe requirements. I wore my mask because it is illegal not to do so in public.

Bad customer service

I went to the dealership looking to purchase a used car, no one in there were wearing a mask or there is any safety precautions. The sales rep was very unprofessional and rude, he started talking about politics and really made me feel uncomfortable.
