Excellent to work with!

It is a small town dealership that treats you like their biggest customer. They fit us in on a recall notice without any trouble. They are definitely worth the drive.

Great Service!!!!!!!

Had service done on my car! They were very quick at getting it in and diagnosing the problem. Fixed it pretty quickly after the parts came in. Even put more parts on it than necessary because of a misunderstanding but did not charge me anymore than the price quoted.

Tanner was an excellent salesman and was not pushy

Tanner was an excellent salesman and was. It pushy like the other dealerships .Tanner took time out to see if the cat was on the lot,unlike the other dealerships.I appreciate doing business with him.

I called to make an appt that I needed an alignment. They told me I had a recall on my car, which they fixed. Then they called me ( thank God i didnt sit and wait in the lobby) and told me that it needed a tire rotation, 3 hours later. I told them to do it. They called me 2 hours later to tell me it was ready. Went back, and THEN they told me, it would need an alignment!!! That's what I went down there for!!!

Hey Angela, this is Trent Polk, I am one of the owners. I have gotten with all four of our service managers (we have four dealerships in gainesville/sanger) trying to look recent tickets based on "angela" or "fern" and can not find it. Great customer service!

EVERY person we encountered was friendly and very helpful. We have purchased 2 vehicles there. Worth the drive from Fort Worth! They all are easy to work with and make you feel comfortable. No pressure here!
