Repair of a transmission issue
One of the Master technicians found an issue with our transmission while in for routine service unrelated to the transmission! It was handled professionally, thoroughly and completely to my satisfaction. Bob-Boyd went beyond the call of duty!

Timely, friendly, courteous and competent!
My scheduled maintenance coincided with an engine check light that required some warranty work, but the work was completed and I was on my way in the normal amount of time usually just for the typical maintenance work. Rob was subbing for Wendy, and was cordial and he provided the usual car wash which I look forward to. Easy to work with, and the cost was completely covered. Can't beat that!

Went to the correct Dealer
Buying a new Lincoln was made exceptionally easy and pleasurable at Bob Boyd. The salesman was low key , but attentive to requests and questions. No question went unanswered. I don't know got an answer promptly. Multiple vehicles were viewed, and suggested vehicles ended up with the perfect match for me. Ed was a great listener. Others were also checking if I needed anything while Ed was finding vehicles to drive or see.

Scheduled maintenance. Detailing
After detailing, my MKC looks better than brand new on the outside! Inside looks like a rental just returned to the dealership. Overall a good job.

Excellent service
I take my 2010 MKS in every six months for a good going over and oil change. The staff is great and very mindful of your time. I would recommend Bob Boyd Lincoln to anyone who is looking for a quality product and service providers.

Scheduled oil change
Staff always willing to answer questions and help resolve issues. Waiting area is comfortable, clean and coffee and cookies are offered. Will continue to use this dealership for my automotive needs.

One of the best car buying experiences!
Eddie Bahen knew all of the stuff about the car. I’d worked with them for a couple of month. They would tell me new inventory that was coming in. When I made my decision because I lived a ways away they let me do about a few hours of paperwork over text. Than 30 minutes when I picked it up. Just an overall amazing experience.
