Carlsbad Ford

Brandon Bennet was my salesman. He was friendly and very helpful in figuring out a better deal. Our monthly payments were even lower then he first said and so was the total cost of the vehicle.

Service Center of Carlsbad Ford

The best service dept in town. Glen sets the bar high with the staff he has surrounded himself with these days. Although the oil boom has all businesses stretched to their maximum capacity, this dealership understands what the customer means to the success of the company. It’s refreshing to see this still thriving through the stress of it all. Thank you for all y’all do for our community.

Good friendly service at Carlsbad Ford (USA NM). I have used Carlsbad Ford whenever the need occurred. Always been treated very well by the staff. I will continue to use Carlsbad Ford. I have a 2008 Ranger Sport and a 2018 Ecosport (my fourth new car from this dealership).

Great Service

It's killing me that I can't remember the name of their service manager. The guy is great. He's friendly and helpful. My recall work was done on the same day, and everything was hassle free.

Carlsbad Ford

Had great service. The vehicle was delivered to me in a different city due to my work schedule. The only down fall is parking at the facility. They have so many vehicles for service, there is hardly any parking for customers not there for service.
