The staff was helpful and gave updates on vehicle but the time for a scheduled appointment was a little off my appointment was at 12pm I got there at 11:54am and I left at 2:45pm but I did call that same day so that was very accommodating.

Fast oil change service, Good service rep. Did not receive hand wash of car.

The salesman, Mike was expertly helpful, listened to what I wanted and after finding out that the vehicle had just hit the ground that morning at the dealer immediately had get ready clean the vehicle so I could test drive it and show it to my wife. The sales manager even took sincere part in listening to me since I indicated that I had owned several Lincoln's in the past and was ready to buy. Both were extremely courteous,cordial, professional and treated my wife and I like they truly wanted are business, made us feel very relaxed and understood that we were not first time buyers! We were almost immediately approved and then taken to finance where Tucker explained all to me and I signed the paper work, took ot the extended warranty and left him. Once in the vehicle my salesman Mike very closely explained the full options on my MKZ and we walked through all of the programming procedures and set wll of my parameters up for my car. My wife and I are very pleased with the "NEW" look and attitude of caring professionalism from "Carlsbad Ford". In the last thirty nine years I had bought 27 vehicles from "Fordtown" until 2009, when we were treated horribly by that current staff after Roger Logan retired. I vowed I would never go back to them again, however, some of my Masonic Brothers, Elk brothers and Lions Club brothers had told me I should give the NEW Carlsbad Ford a try. In doing so I am very pleased that they are here, hope they remain and the current staff never leave as I am sincerely thankful and appreciative of the way they treated me and will certainly go back again and again.
