Having dealt with several vehicle sales people over the years, I can honestly say that our experience with Shawn Callaway was not only the best, but outstanding. He was helpful and efficient, without being pushy or intimidating. He couldn't do enough to make sure we left completely satisfied. Although he was new to the job, he made sure that if he didn't know the answer to a query, he found out immediately. I have never been more impressed with a dealership as a whole; even the cleaning lady who came by to empty the trash chatted with us and said that she loves the family atmosphere at Crumland. I am doing my best to spread the word about this dealership and Shawn specifically. Please acknowledge him to his bosses for us. He certainly deserves the recognition!

Staff was willing to negotiate a deal to my satisfaction instead of giving me a price I was unwilling to pay and leaving without a new vehicle. I initially had a problem with the receptionist when I took my car in for servicing. After discussing the issue with Lonnie Ramirez the problem was solved and I was very happy with the service.
