I took my 2023 Fod Explorer for a recall on the display
I took my 2023 Fod Explorer for a recall on the display screen. I was told to leave it and theu had it a couple of hours. When i picked it up and drove away the screen was black. I turned around and they factory reset it. It made it worse. I was then told it needed a part and would take 2 weeks and thay they would cone get it for my troubles. My husband called wanting to know when the part would be in and he was told that there was no part to be ordered. That we would have to bring it back in for a "factory reset". Not to mention its our only vehicle and we are 30 minutes away. So after all that we still have messed up vehicle beacuse our busy schedule dont allow us to drop everything and take it during service hours. Not to mention we have wind in our window that was supposedly fixed. Very expensive vehicle with warranty that is messed up.
