When we first walked into DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota we immediately noticed something different. The friendly, relaxed atmosphere with no pressure. As we were looking at the showroom selection Anthony Lekocevic met us with a warm smile and was truly attentive. At his desk he asked us what we were looking for and made sure to give us all the information we wanted and some that we hadn't thought of.with NO PRESSURE at all. It was a wonderful experience. Anthony invited us to test drive the two selections we were considering and helped us decide on the best model for us. He then took the time to make sure we were choosing the perfect model and helped us get a great price for the exact car we were looking for. I had an excellent experience at DCH. I found a car I liked and drove up after work, making it to the dealership 10 minutes before they closed. Anthony was very helpful, taking me on an extended test drive even though it was nearly 8 pm. I liked the car, and I was able to take care of the paperwork, and because the private sale of my car fell through, DCH gave me a great price for my trade-in when they really didn't have to do so. I will definitely get my next car through them, and it is worth the trip. I live in Northern Westchester, and there are closer Toyota dealerships, but the service, accommodation, and helpfulness at DCH wasn't found at the other locations. Ask for Anthony, and he'll take good care of you.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly and not overly aggressive in their sales. They easily explained the different and many features of the different models as well as the advantages and disadvantages between buying and leasing. They did all the work in a very timely fashion and made sure that all my questions were answered.

The salesman and dealer were very accurate and thorough regarding the vehicle lease. They went through all the vehicle features with my daughter professionally and in a complete manner. The explanation of the lease and terms were thorough and very well explained. The complete experience was very comfortable and only took 2 visits for a total of about 2 hours. I will deal with DCH Wappingers Toyota again in the future. Very pleasant experience. Leasing made easy!

When we decided that my car was on its last legs, we decided to go look at an Avalon. We had previously owned a 1995 which we kept until it was hit by a school bus in 2010. It was in wonderful condition when that happened. After that, we purchased another Avalon because we feel it is a very reliable car. So, when my 1999 Lexus was giving out, and we didn't want to go to Mt. Kisco to purchase a new one, we decided to go back to DCH. Our salesman, Anthony, was extremely pleasant. knowledgeable, and helpful. We, more or less, decided on the spot to buy the car. Having never had all the gadgetry on a car before, I know I can ask Anthony for help if I need it.

I was getting denied loans for a used car and he offered suggestions and helped me get a great deal for recent college graduates and told me the in and outs of the deal and made sure I was all good to go. Great guy, I would love to get help from him again in the future if I purchase another car

Great help from start to finish with the purchase of my 2017 Tacoma. Mike Newsham answered all of our questions and was very prompt. We did not feel pressured as Mike worked out a great deal to get me into a new truck in 1 day. We are a Toyota family and customer service and great vehicles keep customers coming. Janine took my initial call on the truck and answers all my questions and was very professional and nice. We met the GM who was a pleasure to chat with as I was handed my new keys. The guys and girsl at Toyota always do a great job and I feel very satisfied with our purchase.
