From the moment I entered the dealer, the experience was great. Devin, my salesperson took the time to hear my needs. Pinkal, the manager offered me options to get the deal done. Everyone was very helpful, my loaner car was ready and waiting, my rep Alison was courteous, and tried to find the best way to price out what was needed. Everything went well, and the car was ready when expected.

2010 dodge caravan
We had the best experience and great customer service, Melissa our sales person was fantastic ( friendly, knowledgeable) could not have asked for better. She understood what we were looking for and found what we needed well within our budget.

Never Again
It took seven days for final deal. Very little communication. Sold products i didnt want. Sloppy job applying protective product. Mud on rugs. Poor detail.

quick, complete, comfortable, friendly.
Location is convenient to where I live. Wait area is comfortable, and clean. Appointments are easy to arrange. Staff are friendly. I like to have my Prius' serviced by mechanics who are expert on Toyota equipment. I have found the results to be of good quality.

This service trip was good
This service trip was good. Although you book a $25 service online and you get charged $60 with no explanation offered as to why. You have to ask. But they're trying. Whatever happened to the days of a courtesy car vacuum?!? Should be reinstated. L

35k service
Made my appointment for two days after.,dropped off my car and was the first one in and was finished ina very short time and receiveed a prompt call that my car was ready. When I picked up the car it was on the shop floor ready to go. I was in and out with all my questions answered. Better than most private shops!

Pleasantly surprised
I recently stopped in for service on my Avalon. I had the pleasure of being assisted Michael Giordano, the assistant Service Manager. Michael was very courteous and listened attentively to my concerns with my car relating to the service needed. He put me at ease quickly and once the car work was completed, was very thorough in going over what was done relative to my concerns. I was quite happy with the way I was treated. To make matters better, there was no charge for the state inspection, and I was given a coupon for a car wash to boot! It's so nice when a dealership goes the extra yard for a customer like that. Keep up the good work Michael, and DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota!

Good experience
My Camry displayed a maintenance required sign on the hud. Came in to get the multipoint inspection and cabin air filters changed. Took about an hour, no issues so far
