Great experience

I was looking to trade my truck in for an explorer. They didn?t have one on the lot I liked but took the time to hunt and find one that fit my needs. Blake and Reed were very friendly and professional. The finance manager worked hard to get me a deal we were both satisfied with. I?ve bought a couple of cars with them now and will come back when my son is ready for his own car.

No hassle

The process was seamless. The internet manager answered promptly. He kept me informed. He had the Ranger ready with a super sales staff member when I arrived. The truck expert, my sales agent took me on a test drive explaining a lot of features of my soon to be truck. The finance manager offered their services on help to get the best interest rate possible. He also explained their Ford extended warranties. I was impressed at their professional business handling.

New truck purchase

Not offered a choice

I have had my car for two years now, 2018 Ford fusion. I use Mike Reichenbach Ford for all my services routine maintenance, oil change etc. On this visit however, the young lady at customer service barely looked up at me and then acted as if I was bothering her by being there. I told her about a special request I needed for them to look at the USB connectors in the car, gave her the keys and sat down to wait. Two hours later she returns with my keys and my receipt and Report, but told me that Ford would not cover an intermittent problem with the USB. I don?t remember asking if Ford would cover it I asked them to check it, and no one did! Nor was I asked if I would still like them to check the USB port even if I chose to pay for it! Dissatisfied with the way I was treated! Two years and things are already going wrong???
