My overall experience was very pleasant. The Sales Consultant and the General Sales Manager were very helpful throught my buying process. Being a single women, I'm always leary about making large purchases, wondering if I got the best deal, but these two gentlemen were very helpful in walking me through the entire process from start to finish. They took the time to explain things and answer my questions without making me feel incompetant. I would definelty refer my friends and family to Northtown Toyota! This has been my second car purchased here and both experiences were very pleasant ones. Thank you!

Larry was my service person- he was very friendly upbeat - with a great personality and attention to great detailed customer service. He went the extra mile and then some -I left very satisfied and with a smile on my face. When I got back to work I told my co worker about my experience - I also told my cousin and my boyfriend later that day - so I guess the answer is a resounding yes to your question!
