Alex was very informative and patient with me during the process as I was not sure whether I wanted to lease or buy pre owned. (Excellent!!)

My experience at Northtown was Excellent

My buying experience at Northtown was excellent. Greg was both professional and personable. He was very detail-oriented and made sure that every area was covered as I purchased my new Camry. With Greg I felt like family as he effectively made my buying experience exceptional. Greg was so caring that he took the time to clean off a few bird stains so I would leave the dealership with my Camry in perfect condition. Greg did an excellent job and I plan to always bring my Camry to Northtown for any maintenance. Marvin Wilson

It was a little long but the amenities while waiting keep you busy, fed, caffeinated, and comfortable.

Great Car - Great Service - Great Dealer

My wife and I needed to buy a new car. (We just gave our old 2003 Corolla to son.) We already own a Camry and decided to purchase a second one. We could not be more pleased with the professionalism of the Northtown team. Wil Z found us the Camry that fit our budget and our needs. Dianna (finance) and Zak (insurance) processed our paperwork. Three hours later we drove off in our new Camry. Buying a car is supposed to be stressful. It isn't at Northtown.

My only complaint is getting these surveys

My only complaint is getting these surveys to fill out all the time. Reminds me of high school when we learned not to enjoy reading because we had to fill out a book report after every book we read.....

They did not turn of alert in car

They did not turn of alert in car. I had to ask after fact. And they removed a car magnet from back of car. Titans swim team and did not return it. Assuming the washed it off
