I had a slow leak in my tire, and went in without an appointment. Had an appointment the following week for a 20,000 mile service. I appreciated that they were able to squeeze me in, though the car was finished 45 minutes after the promised time, making me late for an appointment.

I LIVE IN ORCHARD PARK AND DO NOT TAKE MY CAR TO ANY OTHER VW DEALERSHIP (EVEN THOUGH THERE ARE TWO THAT ARE CLOSER). I HAVE BEEN VERY SATISFIED WITH NORTHTOWN IN GENERAL AND JASON MILLER IN PARTICULAR.

Northtown was extremely accommodating
Northtown was extremely accommodating. We had apparently scheduled our appointment at another location than the one we showed up to yet Northtown allowed us to keep out appointment and have our car serviced at that location. Thank you so much for being so customer-oriented!

Love my new VW Passat ???
Stopped in one afternoon last week @ Northtown VW...... I was introduced to Al Cadena told him I was interested in driving a Passat that I was looking @ online......it was already sold but he immediately found another Passat to take out for a test drive. I've owned 2 VW's before that I bought @ NT so they really sell themselves. Long story made short they found the Passat I wanted gave me a good deal & I picked up my car last Tuesday. Al was great to work with, I must also give credit to Gabriel Hoffman who kept sending me emails about coming in to check out the Passat's

I was surprised my car had been washed!
It was good, I was surprised my car had been washed! But... The tech turned my lights off, which I didn't realize until I was on the thruway at 8pm...
