I have been a customer of Three Way Chevrolet since moving to Bakersfield in 1986. I have come to trust this dealership to take care of my autos in the best way possible. The service department is one of the most trusted I have found. If a mistake is made; Three Way is quick to correct the problem.

New Car purchase experience at Three Way Chevrolet

I was helped by Anthony Cisneros. He is a great sales person, and an asset to Three Way Chevrolet. I am looking at the Cadillac ATS-V that is due out this year. I hope to work with Lance Hilderbrand to take advantage of his experience and expertise. I am a local small business owner (Top Dog Pool Supply) and believe in dealing with other local businesses.

Pleasantly Surprised

After reading horror stories on the Internet about dealers not wanting to fix the problem my car developed, and having already taken it to a dealer while out of town and having the same experience described on the Internet I was pleasantly surprised. Three Way got me in as a walk in, diagnosed and repaired the problem having my car ready in four days. My service rep was pleasant and accommodating. Thanks for relieving my stress over my car and getting back on the road.

Spark EV purchase

Jay Batikh was the most attentive sales professional I have delt with in a while. He was on top of all aspects of the deal process and it moved very quickly and smoothly. My hat is off to Jay!!! I will and have been recommending my friends to Jay at 3way.

Buying experience from 3-Way

The sales team was amazing from their customer service to their working patiently with me to get me into the right vehicle. I recently bought a mercedes prior to this purchase and I received a more superior experience on all levels at 3-Way vs Mercedes and thus will always give my business to 3-Way Chevrolet. I know now why my parents do not shop anywhere else to purchase their vehicles ( this is the 6th vehicle purchased from 3-Way). Managers Lance Hildebrand and David Ward, as well as sales associate Jay are terrific and wholly committed-making the customers buying experience a positive one with zero buyers remorse. I will continue to purchase my vehicles from this dealership. I am impressed that as picky I buyer I am that all three team members continued to work with me and get me into the surburban that I love and what works for my family. Thank you for such impeccable customer service and for the positive attitudes that I always experienced.

Awesome!!!

Omo was an awesome sales rep. I have purchased cars from other places and have never had the great service like I did here. The car was ready when I got there and my approval was quick and I drove off in my Cadillac that same night. I was super satisfied and would totally recommend Three Way Cadillac to everyone :)!!!!!!!!!

Friendly staff, great experience

Had an above and beyond experience with Three Way Chevrolet/Cadillac. My sales associate Omo was more than helpful, and the entire rest of the staff we came across were very friendly, and open to any questions we had from warranties to maintenance. Thanks for my new car!!
