Happy Couple

I love going to the chevy dealer for any or no reason at all. The associates there are like family. Very nice crew there. There very helpful and understanding. I just want to say thanks to everyone there. Your well appreciated. From the Whitaker'S.

Great service

Pedro duenas @ 3 way Chevrolet is a great service rep. I've been dealing with him, and only him since 2009. 2 thumbs up.

Poor check in

When I arrived at the service entrance, I stood there looking for a sign or something that indicated what the check in procedure was. I stood there for , at least 10 min, when someone finally asked me if I had been helped. He was not a service writer so he went inside to get someone, which took another 5 min before they came out. In every dealership I have ever been to the service writer is at the entrance. The next day when I picked up my truck, I went directly to the cashier. I was told to go to my service writer and he would have the bill. I stood at his desk for 10 min, he was not there, while other writers went about their business. No one asked if they could help. I finally asked a women writer if Bryan was here. She said she would page him. He finally showed up and I paid him directly. I have never seen a procedure like this and it is not very efficient for the customer and I certainly did not like it. Terry Purrington

Excellent Service - Friendly Staff -

I brought my car in because of a recall notice. I was helped immediately, in fact the manager looked online to see if there upcoming recall notices that could be taken care of during this visit. I was in and out of the shop in less than 30 minutes. Very impressive!

very nice

Our sales person was Anthony. He was a joy to work and very professional. I know that we got the best deal he could get for us. Jose, finance, was very patient with all of our questions. The only thing that I may suggest is that your person at the front desk should be dressed more professionally. She was dressed more for a night out drinking than she was for a place of work.

Oil change

Well, I always come here and do my oil change, but last couples of times it seems like their spilling the used oil all over the bottom of the car!!! Everytime I drive it smells like oil for a long time!! This time around it was smoking from the front of the car! That's how bad it was!!! Disappointed!

MR CASSIDY

I WAS SENT A SOLICITATION FOR A FREE OIL CHANGE. I UNDERSTOOD THAT SYNTHETIC OIL WAS NOT FREE BUT REALLY NEVER THOUGHT THAT IT WOULD STILL COST $60
