"Buying an SUV at Dupage Dodge/Chrysler"
Found a car listed from this dealership on Cars.com, called and have been told that the price is negotiable and there is a big sale today ONLY. After wasting 1 hour looking and testing the car and promising that I will be satisfied with the price they will offer me and after finding out that the car had an accident in the past, they gave me the same one listed on the website with no other options. It was not professional and I am VERY disappointed!

Great Service
Bought a used car that was recently listed online. I came and took it for a drive and decided to buy it with a loan. At first they wanted me to pay all in cash since loans aren't normally given to low priced cars. They helped work through a solution with a loan and I was able to leave with the car that day. I would come again when I'm ready for an upgrade to a newer car.

Great People!
I bought a 2015 Jeep Wrangler JK today and couldn't have been happier with the experience. I had Salesman Ted, greet me at the door, and knew exactly where the model I was looking for was located at. Quick, courteous, prompt, and knowledgeable, are the best words I could use to describe my experience with Ted. The lady in finance (Whos name I cannot recall unfortunately) was extremely kind, and had a vast base of knowledge to work with, and help me with the process. He was able to work to get me the price and payment I wanted on the Jeep, with the extra features that I desired as well. This is why after having dealt with multiple dealers in the Chicago area, the amount of flexibility and dedication to making the customer happy, that I saw at DuPage CJD was outstanding. Anyone looking for a great deal, and a even better customer service experience, make these guys your first stop.

Fantastic service!
My dream car has always been a JEEP Wrangler. Finally I'm at a point where I can buy one and have been in the market for a while. I found the perfect one at Dupage JEEP in Glendale heights, IL. I drove 90 min to get and and I received red carpet service the minute we pulled in. The GM Tony Casper was absolutely amazing!

Bait and switch specialist
I was on cars.com and inquired about a vehicle. I was told the price was 38500 and given an email with the price. When we showed up the salesman Luis told me there was no way they sell the vehicle at that price and came back with an offer of 44000. After negotiating with him his final offer was 41000. So we walked out and he never even tried to stop us. After a few phone calls that were never returned I finally spoke to a manager who said we can have it for the original price of 38500. We drive all the way back out and finally bought the car but only after refusing to use the original salesman that they were trying to Force us to use. Our new salesman Dan Youngblood was amazing and polite and did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and understood exactly what we needed and wanted. Oh yeah and this was after I was already pre approved by my credit union and didn't need anything except the bill of sales.

Trade in and new car purchase
Phil, Alex and Dennis did a nice job handling my trade in and purchase of a new Jeep Patriot. They worked quickly and stayed after hours even though I was late for my appointment. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a Jeep.

Horrible Advertising and Rude Salesman
After looking online at the prices and I inquired about a Dodge Grand Caravan I received an email stating the "eprice" and that it was the price that I would qualify for. After speaking with the salesman on the phone and explained I would be there in an hour to meet him if the price was accurate. I drove an hour one way to have him be on lunch and get a salesman that just wanted to argue with me about the price. In order to get the price that was emailed to me I had to be in the military, a realtor, trading in a dodge grand caravan, returning a lease, and leasing this new vehicle! I don't think anyone person would qualify for that! Waste of time!

Sales Manager Calls Customer Names!
I would rate a 0, if I could. My father is a first generation immigrant, without access to these forums. I could not stand to see him mistreated, so I went on to post on these social mediums. My father purchased a brand new vehicle from DuPage Dodge approximately one month ago. From the outset, they were told that we cannot put any money down, and we were offered financing on that basis. We closed the transaction, and drove off with our vehicle. One week later, the salesman contacted us and informed us that they inadvertently put a $1,000 deposit in their paperwork, and that we will need to bring the $1,000 immediately. After a bit of a struggle, I loaned my father the money, and we paid it a few days later, on the understanding that mistakes happen, and they informed us that it was inadvertent. Fast forward one more week, we get another call from the dealership, explaining that we need to bring in another $600 because they inadvertently understated the payoff on our trade-in. Mind you, these are "professionals" who deal with these types of transactions day in and day out. Moreover, we had with us the most recent billing statement for the trade-in which explicitly stated the account balance. My father was upset because he was already $1,000 out on what was supposed to be "$0 down!," and now we had to bring in another $600. We tried to negotiate with the dealership to see if we can, at least perhaps, split the difference - considering that this was their SECOND mistake on our sale papers. The sales manager, Jerry, went as far as to insult my father both to him directly and later again to me. Moreover, when told that we were literally unable to bring the $600, they started threatening us with collections, negative information on credit report, etc. I am an understanding person, and I realize that people are prone to make mistakes. However, people have to own their mistakes. At DuPage Dodge, their number one priority is to close your deal and get you out the door. It appears that there is no review of the transaction for accuracy, no real loyalty towards the customer, and it's their way or the highway. We've purchased other cars in the past and recently, and never have I felt this abused by a dealership. My suggestion is SEEK HELP ELSEWHERE, unless, of course, you're into being called names by people you conduct business with.
