Great to work with the only thing I didn’t like was the fact we have had the car 4 days and it needs an oil change. When you buy a car they should be maintenance.

Tammy was as always great to work with she found us a 2020 explorer with every option we wanted. I would not hesitate to to tell anyone to go to Mathews ford and deal with Tammy wiseman we have bought several vehicles from her in the past and have never felt pressured to buy anything from her. She as always went above and beyond for us and we will definitely be buying from her again.

Will never buy a car from this dealership again. Was told by the employee that the sun roof worked (it was a snow storm and was covered in water) I believed him and that was my error. It does not work. I was told that the price wasn’t negotiable because of the luxury features that now, come to find out, do not work. I still have no door code after coming to the dealership twice to have to completed. At that time I was informed that the sunroof/moonroof would be an additional $1000 to fix despite paying almost $16 in cash for the car and warranty just two weeks ago. I returned your loaner car with more gas than was given to me in a brand new car. I am so disappointed in the overall situation that I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealership.

Easy, transparent transaction. New truck was competitively priced and they didn’t try to low ball me on the trade. Dealership still has the “small town” feel with customer service.

Awful customer service. Rude sales associates and finance employee. We were not thanked for our purchase. Tried to give us the vehicle with the gas on E, car was dirty, wind shield wiper fluid was empty. The car had been loaned out earlier in the week to someone else getting their vehicle serviced. We were told it would be back Thursday morning and it did not arrive until 4pm. We took the day off to purchase the vehicle because the hours are not accommodating to people who work and we wasted a day off. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
