Mike was very helpful and professional. Set up the Ford Pass. Went out to the truck and went over everything in it. Showed my wife and I how to use all aspects of the video screen. Made the transition from not having one in previous vehicle very easy.

Josh was a really unprofessional cars salesman. He didn't focus on just 1 customer at a time, to give them his undivided attention. When he texted me it was lies and unprofessional, he really needs to learn how to speak to people more professionally and politely. Worst car buying experience ever! I will not purchase another car from you. I'm only 25 and I know how to treat and respect people better than he does. And if you're sick, stay home! It was gross watching him wipe his nose with his hand constantly, especially with covid. Get a tissue at least.
