I have been dealing with this dealership since 2008 and every time I buy a car from Dave Terry he has always treated me with respect and went out of his way to get me the best deal every time. I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone.

I was very upset to find out after I spent 15000 that...

I was very upset to find out after I spent 15000 that they gave me my car on E and said I had to negotiate that in the deal. They said they don’t give out gas so I had to drive it off the lot on fumes.

I'm sorry for your experience. We definitely don't make our customers drive home on E. We don't fill up pre-owned vehicles but we do make sure there's gas in them. We did offer to put some more gas in your vehicle after you asked but you declined. We will gladly make this right for you, please contact your salesperson or a member of management at 740-522-2181. Car buying like it should be

Been working with Steve Hegele For years. Wont work with any other salesman. Enjoy working out a deal with him. Treats you like family . You tell him what you want and he does his best.

4 Trucks later and Mike Estep is still the one.

We've dealt with Mike Estep for all of our 4 trucks. Being a long time customer of his says a lot about his caring attitude and his character.We enjoy working with Mike every 3 years... we lease our trucks that pull our 5th wheel camper. We know that we can rely on him to find what we need. Mike is personable and straightforward. He gets the job done and does it very well. We'll see him again when it's time for truck number 5.

Friendly staff / dealership - Good experience

We scheduled a visit, after looking for a specific vehicle within our price range, for close to 5 months. I scheduled a visit online and met with Erica on a Saturday for a vehicle inspection and test drive. Erica and the rest of the staff were very friendly and good to work with during negotiations. We cane to an amicable agreement within about 30 minutes and I am very Happy with my F150 4x4. The only knock on my experience here, was that there was a noticable vehicle repair that I believe should have been done prior to putting the vehicle out for sale, exhaust replacement. They did take money off in the deal for the parts needing replaced, but would have been great to not needed to use my time and resources to complete said repair. Thanks Erica for a good experience, we will call on you again soon to look at our next purchase.
