We received the best service. Kyle went above and beyond for us. He is such a wonderful young man. Bob was also very helpful. We love our new Ford Edge.

Made it right but.....Had some issues at the point of...

Made it right but.....Had some issues at the point of sale. Thanks to Brian they were addressed. All is good. Downside is we didn’t feel like a valued return customer at all by our salesman. He was nice but his lack of communication is the killer. He text me and referred to me as Tracy. My name is Teresa. Then when calling me he referred to me as Mrs Holbrook. Definitely not my name. It was like just going thru the motions. Didn’t care to even address me properly. The sale was made so didn’t care. I think we are right to feel less important when our name is not correct not once but twice.

Bought used car it won't run and hadn't sense it been in...

Bought used car it won't run and hadn't sense it been in the shop for 2 weeks now and have spent 500 on repairs asked for help from dealer and was told couldn't help me my family been going to them for years I guess you have to buy a new car to get the respect they did

Delbert, I'm sorry you feel like we aren't willing to help you. You were aware of the vehicles issues before you purchased it. You were also aware that it was 100% as-is and that we didn't inspect it and knew nothing about what was wrong with it.
