The 1st person we talked to told us the wrong price on the car then we fell in love with it and the price went up. The 2nd person we talked to made it a little closer to the price we were told to begin with but it never did come down to the original price we were told. I do love this car though

The entire Mathews Ford staff is GREAT to work with. From the purchase of my Mustang to the addressing minor body and service issues. They took the time to make sure the issues were properly addressed to my satisfaction. I'd like to personally thank Tammy Wiseman for all of her assistance. I've purchased several vehicles from Tammy and she is always attentive to my needs and wants when it comes to my purchase. Her personal touch with follow-up calls, text messages and cards is appreciated.

Tammy was our sales person and was very accomodating and pleasant. Larry was our finance guy and was very helpful and informative especially regarding purchase of extended warranty. All in all was great experience. Wish they had done a better job cleaning before delivery.

Limited selection- Employees that actually worked there were nice - marketing event was a sham - asked for minimum trade - took it out of my down payment - got hoodwinked.

I just got monopoly game card , it was 3 house matching...
I just got monopoly game card , it was 3 house matching for 5,000 cash, Mathews Ford of Newark, OH . So I called the number on the card and got a lady that said to report to the dealer to claim my price, but can't tell me what I won . The whole thing set off red flags. So I did a search and found a web site https://botcrawl.com/money-carlo-match-to-win-scam/. Yep a scam is in place for next week . Today is 7-18-2021 . After reading this , I might as well not bother. Shame, I wont do business with a company that is shady from the start. If I could rate 0 I would.
