Nobody likes to see the check engine light come on while
Nobody likes to see the check engine light come on while driving on the highway. This happened to me. I called Autofair Service. My "team" -> Shannon/Mike/Jerome got my Escape into service two days after the light came on. The codes were accurate determining a more potential problem in the future. I do have a leg handicap. The team has always helped me directly in the service area so I don't have to struggle in the parking lot. AutoFair now has a contract with Uber for shuttling clients home and around - a nice new touch.

Traded my 2019 F350 Superduty in 6 months ago for a 2021
Traded my 2019 F350 Superduty in 6 months ago for a 2021 Ford F150, I was told that I would recieve a gap insurance refund. Never happened! Paid off my 2021 F150 last month and was hoping to get a gap refund. Never happened. My wife traded in a Jeep Liberty Jet 6 moths ago for a 2020 Ford Edge. Took it to the sevice at Autofair for a bad CV axel or Bad strut 2-3 times to get them to repair it and they said there was nothing wrong with it. Never happened. We had to take it to Hillsboro Ford to fix the problem that they found immediatly (Bad Strut). Fixed it and had her warrenty switched over to Hillsboro Ford Have no faith in Autofair as a whole! Watch out!

Two years ago I thought I was purchasing a new 2022
Two years ago I thought I was purchasing a new 2022 f150 After doing all the paperwork and being distracted by the salesman I drove it home . 4 days later my wife was looking at the contract and noticed I leased the vehicle for 3 years for $1000 a month !!! We were blown away by this. I called the finance office and told them I didn’t want the vehicle !! He told me it was out of his hands and that I would have to contact ford credit. They also told me there was nothing they could do !! I’m 100 percent DAV !if this is how they operate (buyer beware) !!!!!!!!!

After driving 3 hours to purchase a vehicle I was told
After driving 3 hours to purchase a vehicle I was told once we sat down to negotiate that they couldn’t offer the warranty as advertised on their window sticker on the vehicle. Said the most they could do was a 3rd party 2 year 24,000 mile warranty compared to the 3 year/125,000 miles on the window sticker. After purchasing the vehicle they insisted they would cover the cost of the parts to fix the inoperable tailgate. Once I got the truck home and got 2 quotes from truck body repair shops they refused to pay the full amount. Not to mention the trade in value was 1,500 less than the Edmund’s & car max offer they also insisted on matching and that was written down on the sales men’s desk. See pictures. (Didn’t realize this part until after being in the finance office which they record and then refuse to give you) Buyers beware of the bait and switch schemes this dealership will play with you I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone and will be reporting this type of fraudulent scheme to get customers in the door to not only the BBB but also the Department Of Motor Vehicles licensing commission. It is completely ILLEGAL and a shady way of doing business

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation.
I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Alex my service advisor was friendly and assisted me promptly. Alex came and got me when the job was completed and asked if there was anything else that he or the dealership could do. Waiting area was clean and you had options for coffee, tea or hot chocolate while waiting. Overall a pleasant experience. Thank you Alex for your attentiveness to detail.
