Must have had an off day

The latest visit was disappointing. Our RX350 needed only an oil change and mounting the winter tires. The dealership was slow, messy and expensive (although that was not a surprise). The car was promised in 1.5 hours and it took three. No one communicated with me, even though I was sitting in the waiting room. There was a drip of oil after the oil change due to not wiping up when done. Although none of that is very serious, more is expected from Lexus. If I am going to pay almost 50% more than a local garage, where I take our other vehicle, performance needs to be better.

recall

I had my recall performed here and the service staff was extremely helpful and very kind! I got my car back later the same parkling clean and i left a very happy guest!

Great experience buying a vehicle!

Bought a ‘12 Lexus RX350 from Kevin Rotchford. Kevin was fair on the price and made the transaction easy. I would definitely buy again from Larry H. Miller Lexus Spokane.

Lexus 350 service

Always good to visit service center as the waiting area is very nice. Great service and everything clearly explained. This is very Lexus like treatment which is why I will keep owning Lexus'.

No pressure to buy and overall a great experience!

Great buying exierirnce. Very friendly and not ‘pushy’ sales department. Very nice to learn all of the in’s and out’s of the vehicle inside the air conditioned showroom especially when it was 90 degrees outside.

Larry h miller dealers are above and beyond quality

I was impressed with the staff at Larry H Miller lexus of spokane. This was not my typical car buying experience. No hassle, great customer service, and perks that you wont get anywhere else. Extremely Satisfied Customer
