Great service

I went in to have a newly purchased 2004 SC 430 inspected and they did it for free! They also washed the car even though I didn’t spend any money with them - I will certainly go back when I do need service- and Alexa was a delight to work with!

Lexus service is real.

Jim Freet diagnosed my problem and offered an appropriate solution. I trust Jim and therefore I trust Lexus. I will continue to buy from LHM. I am a happy customer.

All about the money and dis-service

I have purchased about seven vehicles from Larry H Miller, I'm very sad to say that my last experience will be the last Purchase there. I recently purchased a 2015 Lexus RX 350 F sport, I purchased the vehicle for $34,600, it was certified, and it's a beautiful vehicle. The car had only one issue that had a rattle in the door panel and up in the headliner right by your ear, I spend 12 hours a weekend in my car driving, so needless to say that would drive anybody nuts, I did my research and found multiple threads on this issue with that particular car, I also googled what the fix was. I presented the solution to my sales guy, as well as the service department, after the sixth try, and me attempting to fix it myself, I finally just traded the vehicle in, because the fix just wasn't working. So I bit the bullet and purchased another car from the Lexus dealership, a 2017 Toyota forerunner, my very first road trip there was a loud humming noise coming from the rear differential, the windshield was crackling like a bad speaker which was the Cowl vent that was loose, and the suspension was creaking like a 90-year-old man, I expressed these issues immediately with VIDEO PROOF and was worried, and I asked them if they could literally just give me back my Lexus because I did not want another problem vehicle and back-and-forth trips to the service department. I also expressed to them that they had a seven day satisfaction on used vehicles… And I was told no. that's in Arizona not Washington. Now you think Bob who is the general manager would be very understanding of these issues, his response was no, we did not sell him a bad vehicle it's under warranty it can be fixed… But who buys a vehicle two times in a row which immediately needs to go to service?, I should not have to purchase a new vehicle and automatically have to have a new differential, and repairing suspension work two days after the purchase, I think that is unfair. So instead of just unwinding the deal and giving me back my Lexus so I can take it to a different service department, they made me trade in the forerunner, and re-purchase my Lexus, which I lost $7000 in the process. The bummer is I let them know immediately after the purchase of the forerunner of these issues, my point is, Larry H Miller should have acknowledged the pain I went through with the Lexus, and empathise that me having to fix a second vehicle within TWO days of my purchase is not a good situation. So I re-purchased my Lexus at the loss of $7000 and I am taking it to the Lexus in Seattle to get fixed, they are aware of the door panel and headliner RATTLING/clicking issues and are very aware of what the fix is. When I took my Lexus back in possession LEXUS CHARGED ME 499$ for conditioning the leather!!! THEY NEVER TOUCHED IT IN THE TIME THEY HAD IT, IT WAS EXACTLY THE SAME CONDITION I TRADED IT IN FOR 2 days prior, I brought it to my garage and took off the door panel and found that all of the fixes that I tried myself were still in the door, which were shop towels and Velcro, same as the headliner… Which led me to discover that the Lexus service department in Spokane never attempted to even pull the door panel off and fix it correctly or the headliner, I was completely taken by surprise, all of this could have been avoided if the service department would've just done their job the first time and put the insulation in the door panel as well as the headliner, which was the exact fix I showed them that was on Google with multiple threads. I wish this could've been a better solution, and should've been resolved without me losing thousands, but apparently Bob McLeod the general manager believes that money comes first, not the customers . Needless to say I will never go back and purchase another vehicle from Larry H Miller because of Bob and the service department, my sales guy DJ, and the sales manager Sean are very helpful and great guys to work with, however Bob McLeod is all about the $$$$

Leased a 2018 IS 350 Online!

While I had not planned to lease a new IS 350, my current 2009 model needed some attention. The process was easy, the service outstanding!

Amazing Experience!

Top Notch Service from Start to Finish

We came through the True Car program with USAA auto (similar to the Costco Program) and were quickly contacted by Kevin Rotchford. He took his time helping us define our interests and showed us all the features on an extended test drive. When he didn’t have our color he quickly found one in Tacoma and shipped it to Spokane. We received the expected True Car price on our new NX, a fair value for our trade, and excellent leasing terms. The delivery process was outstanding and they took the time to explain all the high tech wizardry and setup our phones and many other personal settings. Overall, a wonderful experience and Larry Miller Lexus Downtown Spokane gets my highest rating!
