Completed satisfied customer

I brought my Lexus RX 350 into the dealership for service. Specifically, I was scheduled to have the two rear shocks replaced due to leakage. My warranty expired 8 months earlier, yet , members of the service department stated they would contact Lexus to see if the replacement of the shocks could still be covered under the warranty. I learned after the work was done there would be no charge for the shock replacement. This is my third RX and I have never received the customer service that could match the service and professionalism offered by the Larry H. Miller Lexus service department; a true customer focused organization.

Yearly service

Great, friendly service. Everything went smoothly and on time. Great job on the cleaning and tire rotation. They gave me some good advice on future needs and service details.

Top notch service

This dealership has the best service department I have ever experienced. Staff are knowledgeable take time to explain and always try to give you a good deal. I have used them for over two years and each experience has been great!

Service and tow hitch install

Team did a fine job with the install. It looks like it came with the car . I recommend this dealership. Great professional team and facility.

RX 450h servicing

My only complaint was that I was promised to be notified when my car was to be ready. Two hours after that promised time - no call. I called and was told that the car was ready.

Trailer hitch.

Great service for installing complicated trailer hitch. Great communication during the whole process. Jim was true to his estimate and took a personal intetest. Happy to recommend this dealer.

Tire and brake service

As always, Spokane Lexus provides excellent service. They offer ride service if I need it. They also text when ready which I really enjoy. Car is always clean when I pick it up.

best Internet sales

They don’t waste your time or money. Bought a new RX online. DJ was smart and stood behind their words. Team all works together and gets it done fast and friendly. It was the best and easiest car purchase I have ever done!

Great customer service says “your always #1”

Each every time I visit LHM Lexus, Asa Birl in the Service dept is smiling from ear to ear and ready to serve, Even if I’m technically # 124 for the day he always makes me feel like I’m #1 on his list. Great consistent customer service, in a dept that can easily be down in the mouth, fielding requests, complaints and demands, but not at LHM Lexus. Great job. Much respect!
