Asa does an excellent job in the service department. My scheduled maintenance was panned for an oil change and I was notified about a brake concern and was asked if I wanted the repairs completed with an explanation of what was found.

Time to trade
I'd been thinking it was about time to replace my RX 350. I mentioned something to service rep not expecting or wanting any contact. Salesman called a day or so later and it went seamlessly. I do recommend the dealership to those interesed.

Our experience with Larry H. Miller Lexus of Spokane included trading our former car in excellent condition to an upgrade of a new car, same model. The sales person is one with whom we have known before and find him to be positive, upbeat, thorough, knowledgeable about the cars and their many intricacies and services. What a pleasure to work with him!! The transaction rep. was prepared to meet with us and review all the paper work. He made the process expedient and thorough. Cleaning out our car and transferring things to the new one went smoothly and quickly. It was raining and would have been preferable to be under cover, however with their help, it was not a big problem. Yes, I would recommend anyone to deal with Lexus of Spokane.

Extremely Professional
I have to say my experience with Larry H Miller was by far the best I could have asked for! I have purchased a number of cars over the years and I can honestly say this was by far the best experience I have ever had buying a car! I highly recommend internet Sales Manager DJ Boehm if you are looking to buy a car. I was extremely impressed with DJ. He is very professional, courteous, knowledgable and quite frankly, went well above and beyond what most sales people would do to get my deal done. I can't give enough praise to him and his team! I also have to give great praise to Rocky Withers and Alan Harvey for working so diligently on getting my deal done. Like DJ, they were very professional and went the extra mile to make sure all my needs were met. Mine was not an easy deal to get done, but they made me feel comfortable, and at the end of the day I feel I got a great deal. Larry H Miller has gained a lifetime customer in me because of their compassion for the customer and their ability to get a very fair deal done.
