Great cooperation

Brought my new vehicle in for installation of a clear bra and had mentioned previously that I was interested in getting an engine block heater installed at some time in the near future. A few hours after dropping my vehicle off I received a phone call from my service advisor letting me know that they could also install the engine block heater while they had the car. It saved me having to leave my vehicle on another day.

Purchase of a new Lexus

Scott could not have been more helpful! Between David Short (Toyota), Scott and finance personnel the entire transaction was smooth and complete. I give both Scott and David 5 stars for helping make this a superior experience. Scott made sure that I was familiar with the vehicle before driving off the lot and we made an appointment for the following week to "check in" and see how things were going. He offered me his card and asked that I call if I had any questions. During the process he was always easy to talk with and answered questions with professionalism and expertise. I was totally pleased with the entire process. My experience included working with David ShortToyota, in the trade of my prior vehicle prior to the purchase of the Lexus. He handled the numbers, answered questions and was extremely helpful in my decision making process. Between David and Scott, the decision to purchase was an easy one. Consistently excellent

I've had my Lexus serviced at thus dealership exclusively since I've owned the vehicle.. 165,000 miles. I wish it would wear out so I coukd buy another. I would buy from them again!
