Routine maintenance visit.

Car was done on time, all maintenance items completed and the care was washed and all cleaned up. Personnel was friendly and knowledgeable.

Above and beyond

We took our car in to get an oil change and they went above and beyond and fixed a broken piece of our car for no charge.

Unprofessional

Doesn't follow up. Unprofessional. I will never recommend this dealership. I'm from out of town trying to buy a car and the sales manager wouldn't even help me. You're dealership is giving Lexus a bad name!!!
