I give this rating because Greg helped me make the best choice for a new car. He understood my needs and gave me the best options so I could make the best choice. He was able to answer any question I had and even ones I didn't know to ask. He is exceptionally professional, but more than that very caring of my needs for a car, including my financial needs. I have already referred him to my friends and will continue to do so.

Overall, we've had a good experience with this dealership. They are very customer-friendly. Even after a misunderstanding regarding our GAP refund, the sales manager worked quickly to resolve the issue. It's great to see a dealership work so quickly to resolve a customer issue, especially after the sale. very efficient and customer-friendly. We would recommend this dealership--they are honest and trustworthy and value their customers.

It has been 11 years since I bought a new car. I hate going to a dealership, it has never been a good experience. In saying that, I was very impressed with how Greg gave us time to ask all the questions we wanted and never pushed. We test drove a few different cars with different options. I told Greg what I wanted to spend and he worked very hard to get me exactly what I wanted and needed on my car. He made it impossible to walk away from it. The financing was done ASAP and with no stress at all, I got a great rate and it took no time to get it done. Greg made sure the car was detailed and full of gas. Savannah took us step by step on the service and extra care options Carriage gives you when you buy a car from them. Since it had been 11 years since we had purchased a car it was nice to know that Carriage made sure we knew every option the car had on it and how to work it all. Savannah made sure my Bluetooth was synced and that we knew how to work everything on the outside and inside of the car. I was blown away at how easy Carriage made my new purchase and would recommend that dealership and Greg Simpson to anyone and everyone. Thanks Kristen Amerein

I would definitely recommend this dealership. We looked at several different dealerships and ended up back at Carriage Kia in Gainesville. Very helpful and friendly staff. Our salesman, Leonard, was very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed buying our car from him. We came back a different day to bring our daughter for Jeremy to show all the controls and features and he was very helpful. I would recommend anyone checking out Carriage Kia in Gainesville and not waste your time looking elsewhere.

My wife wanted a 2012 Kia SOUL and was very specific about what she wanted. I spent several weeks contacting dealers in my local area (Knoxville TN) and down in Georgia. I received many responses, but only the folks at Carriage Kia continued to keep in contact with me and actively worked to find just what my wife wanted at the right price. Tim Ingle and the folks at Carriage Kia where great and made my 400+ mile round trip to get the right car well worth it.
