We LOVE Carriage Kia! My husband was in the market to buy...
We LOVE Carriage Kia! My husband was in the market to buy a fuel friendly car for daily use. We live an hour plus from the dealer and wanted to make one trip. Randy answered all of our questions and made us feel like family over the phone. We ran late getting to the dealer and Randy not only stayed late but was able to get us in and out very quickly!! Alex cruz is the absolutely HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!! I have been continuously having issues with my car and Amanda has been helping me for months with the continuous car issues that my Kia has been having. Now Amanda has left Kia and so I had to work with Alex. From the moment I’ve been having to go to Kia Alex has always greeted me rudely, treating me like I’m incompetent, and always coming out with an excuse on why he couldn’t help me. Today Alex told me I needed to leave my car for at Kia for close and deep inspecting, when I arrived Alex greeted me rudely and told me he didn’t understand why I was there and did not even bother to look at my car like we spoke about. Alex has truly made my experience at this Kia location so horrible and I would never advise anyone to go to this location.

From start to finish, my visit with the service department I was well take care of. They kept me informed on the service work and what was needed in the future. Great people.

Our car is still in their shop ...this makes the 6th?...
Our car is still in their shop ...this makes the 6th? Time... Same issues... After spending all but 9 days of this year (it's March 23rd) in their shop they have yet to fix the problem. This after begging us to bring it back one more time... I really really don't understand. It's under warranty... What in the world do we have to do to get our car fixed Carriage? If you can't fix it at least tell us. This has gone on long enough
