The service team is always friendly and helpful! They never try to sell you more than you need, but they do keep you informed about important mechanical items for your next visit. This is important since I am a nursing student.

Great customer service. Andrew was excellent. He kept me informed regularly regarding the progress of my service work. Also, when I questioned why a particular part was needed, he sent me a picture of it on my car to my phone and he was correct. I would highly recommend that you see Andrew whenever you need service or an oil change.

This is the fourth Kia I’ve bought and the third that I’ve purchased from Carriage Kia. The sales department has always been professional. The service department has always been great and have even gone out of their way to accommodate me.

Carriage Kia I do not trust to tell what is wrong with my car. They pay their techs based off commission is why and I have got a second opinion on my can before and found out they lied about what was wrong with it. When I got to my scheduled appt. Alex asked me if my part was in like I worked there and had a smirk on his face. I will never go back there.

'Market Adjustment' on Kia Telluride

Adding $3,000 to Kia Telluiride for 'Market Adjustment'. One of few companies taking advantage of consumers and Kia Telluride being a success. As a consumer, I will not purchase a car from them because I will not encourage this 'Market Adjustment' behavior. Consumers can only assume this dealership lacks integrity throughout the organization.
