Stopped at the dealership on Wednesday with my...

Stopped at the dealership on Wednesday with my brother-in-law from Florida just to take a look see what you had in the line of SUVs and or vans. Greeted/met rep Woody and we were impressed by the professionalism, friendly and knowledge. Looked at the Carnaval van. Returned the next day with my wife after checking out Vehicles at a competitor. Purchased from Woody and will recommend to my family and friends for future purchases. Thank you, Bob Reilly

Excellent staff and sales knowledgeable under stood what we were looking for. New all the answeres to questions we had. Couldn’t help with price though.

Michele was great. She worked within our budget and answered every question. Our daughter is in college and we are from CA. She went above and beyond letting her know she could reach out to her if she needed anything.

The dealership and the sales representative were great, friendly and informative. They made the process super easy. I got to test drive the car and then start discussing about the possible options of getting the car in the color I preferred.

Mike did a great job getting us the deal we wanted. He was not pushy and completed the purchasing process quickly. There wasn't a lot of back and forth with the financial guy "playing" with the numbers which was great!

The Kia team were great,my husband and I purchased 2 cars.There Niro Great. The Sorento has a problem connecting to my husband 's Galaxy 10e phone and he had been back and called Kia-No resolution.We are writing the Attorney General.

It took them 2 months to replace the engine. When we got...

It took them 2 months to replace the engine. When we got the car back and drove it felt like it was sliding on ice. We took it back to the dealer and was told that it was the right shock. When I went to have it replace at another garage they had informed me that the engine bolts were loose and that what was causing to feel like it was on ice. When I called Fuccillo Kia about it, there response was "Sorry'.
