Michelle Lindeman was terrible when I went in to look for a car. She couldn’t answer my questions and she was rude when I suggested that someone might be able to. I honestly have been a loyal customer for years but after that interaction I left and got a new Nissan down the road. I would not your dealership to anyone based on her inexperience and not really knowing anything about the cars. She could never work for me. I hope for you and the success of your future that she doesn’t stay because she is terrible.

Michelle was helpful. My daughter needed a replacement car. Michelle found almost the exact car. The whole process took around 3 hours. Everything is all back to normal. Thank you so much Michelle.

I went into the dealership to test drive a car they had just received on the truck. Michelle helped us right away and she was wonderful. The sales manager as well as Michelle were able to get me into that car the same day within my budget. 10/10 experience.

Just spent 4 hours going back and fourth to the...
Just spent 4 hours going back and fourth to the Schenectady dealership as I saw a Kia Telluride on their web site I wanted. I had them look at my trade in and gave me a fair number then had the sales rep tell me that there is a $7,500 marketing fee added on to the price as Tellurides are popular. I got up and sales manager went put the side door. I have bought 8 Sorrento's and 1 Optima. No where on the web site does it mention this added fee. I will never buy anything from a Fuccillo dealership and plan on reporting these deceptive sales practices to the national Kia corporate office.
