Just spent 4 hours going back and fourth to the...

Just spent 4 hours going back and fourth to the Schenectady dealership as I saw a Kia Telluride on their web site I wanted. I had them look at my trade in and gave me a fair number then had the sales rep tell me that there is a $7,500 marketing fee added on to the price as Tellurides are popular. I got up and sales manager went put the side door. I have bought 8 Sorrento's and 1 Optima. No where on the web site does it mention this added fee. I will never buy anything from a Fuccillo dealership and plan on reporting these deceptive sales practices to the national Kia corporate office.

Stopped at the dealership on Wednesday with my...

Stopped at the dealership on Wednesday with my brother-in-law from Florida just to take a look see what you had in the line of SUVs and or vans. Greeted/met rep Woody and we were impressed by the professionalism, friendly and knowledge. Looked at the Carnaval van. Returned the next day with my wife after checking out Vehicles at a competitor. Purchased from Woody and will recommend to my family and friends for future purchases. Thank you, Bob Reilly
