My 2014 Kia Sportage engine blew out @ 64k mi w/a 10yr/100,000mi drive train warranty. I called FUCILLO & still nothing done (2 weeks)

New plates were put on car, still had 6 months on old...

New plates were put on car, still had 6 months on old plates (loss the 6 months money). Put Insurance on car, could not wait till Monday after 5, had to have my insurance on car before being driven, had to go to Motor Vehicles to cancel old plates (allowed a credit that expires in May 2021, lost money).

I had a pleasant and stress free experience at Fuccillo. My salesperson Dave was did not pressure me to go above what I wanted to spend and answered all of my questions.

Fuccillo Kia went above and beyond after a horrible...

Fuccillo Kia went above and beyond after a horrible experience at another dealership I reached out to Fuccillo not only were they open on a Sunday but they made thing so easy! I was able to do 90% of everything online and then when I got there had a few things to sign and was able to drive away within a half hour! They were all super friendly and nice I would definitely recommend them and will definitely use them for my next vehicle purchase!

My experience at Fuccillo KIA was great! Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly and helpful. The salesperson was great and helped me get the car I wanted. He also made sure to explain car features before I left the dealership lot.

Andra was very helpful and would send anyone that was looking for a new or used car to see him. He was good with my car insurance ppl that had him on hold for a good 45 mins .

This dealership is in the midst of many dealerships in Albany, but the service makes the business stand out. I requested a simple test drive for a vehicle on a Sunday night, and on Monday morning (when I wanted to test drive) I received communication that I had an appointment. When I arrived at the dealership I was immediately greeted my Andre and he already had the keys in his hand. He took a copy of my license and let me go on a no-pressure test drive. Once I sat in the car, Andre explained the features and I instantly fell in love with the car. Once I got back I had to have it! Since I had been in a major accident, I needed to wait for some insurance advisements to clear so Andre spoke with his sales manager and took a deposit to hold the car. Andre was extremely quick and efficient without being or making it feel like being pushy. Within a matter of 20 minutes I had the paperwork filled out and took off. He called me the next day and told me he could deliver the same day. Upon delivery, we spoke with Andre and the finance manager, which was again extremely quick and efficient (not pushy AT ALL) while explaining everything. The delivery process took 30 minutes and everyone was amazing. I’m a forever customer. Thanks Andre and team!
