Not the best

When I leased my car 3 years ago, was a good experience. When I decided to buy my car lease, not a good experience at all. Andre was good when I was thinking of another lease,but when I decidedtobuy instead and use my credit union, he didn’t help at all when I needed I help tobuythecar. Said I had to go to Kia Finance and didn’t help with that. He told me come and he would help and when I came and wasn’t using Kia banks told me couldn’t do anything. Wouldn’t even get me document with odometer reading, telling me I just needed to write it down myself.WRONG. I finally got payout from Kia Finance, but they spelled my name wrong making it invalid! Then their phone system was not working for 2 weeks, and my lease was up in that time frame, so was sooo stressful. My credit union told me to go back to Fucillo and get the odometer signed. Fucillo said couldn’t because it was from Kia Finace. Then said they would help me and I filled out many papers that they were now able to do to help with my buying the car. In the end Will Sanigularcal calmed me down and patiently worked with me as well as Bryan in Finance and then I took the papers back to my bank got the check and then back to Fucillo and now I own the car. Not the best experience.

I was very impressed and pleased at the time it took to get my new vehicle. They were not pushy and did a wonderful job making a nerve-wracking experience and great one. Thank you Fuccillo Kia.

Quick to help and very friendly service. My only complaint was how busy it was. I wasn’t expecting to walk in to a completely full showroom but even then they had enough salespeople on hand to help everyone.

I worked with Andrew on my first purchase of a 2017 Kia Forte and recently worked with him on 2020 Kia Forte purchase and he’s always there to help in any way and ensure that I get the best service as possible. Outstanding Customer Service

Service

The service here is first rate due largely to Ken Morrison. I’ve worked with Ken in other dealerships and am so glad he is here at Kia. Ken is trustworthy and a straight shooter. If he recommends some service or part for your vehicle you know it is necessary as I’ve never found Ken to be one of those up sales service people some dealerships can be known to do. Keep up the good work
