No hassles at all with the service my leased Optima....

No hassles at all with the service my leased Optima. Parts were under warranty and the service dept kept clear, open communication about the simple fixes.

Conniving Manager/Matter of fact attitude.

Brand New Vehicle has a messed up passenger handle, stain on arm rest, and a scratch on bottom of chair. Sales person was nice.. NO issue with him at all. The manager who names i cant remember was a slick dude. All he seemed concerned with was trying to get me to buy a vehicle, lie about numbers, not do the paperwork correctly, and sit in the corner and eat some fried rice and chicken wings. Then i went back after leaving because i forgot to give them something, and the same manager basically blew me off when i was talking to him making his coffee, while trying to walk over to the tv. Acted like he could care less about my issues with the car, and when they would get replaced. Was walking away as i was talking to him. SO RUDE. I cant wait till this place open back up from this Codvid 19 virus issue.

a bit time consuming, but it worked out

It was very pleasant and the wait area was very clean

Everything was perfect

Very happy with the service! It took less than an hour, I was told what they were going to do the car and got a phone call because they found something and wanted to know if I wanted to address it. In less than an hour, everything was done. Staff was very friendly.
