Great salesman and a great deal

This is my third lease from Fuccillo's and I had no hassles!! no pressure!! just a nice easy time. I got a great deal, my salesman, Bryan, I felt, was honest and eager to accommodate me and my needs. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. I know I will be going back when this lease is up.

could have done better

Andrew Porter was a great salesman but there were some basic things about the car he didn't know. They pushed us to pick up the car as soon as possible, even encouraging us to finance vs cash so that we could take it home immediately, yet it wasn't ready when we arrived. We were told a paint imperfection would be fixed but after 3 hours it still wasn't, and only then did they discover the second key was missing, only to be found after a new key was made. After 3 hours we were almost late to another appointment and insisted we had no questions and needed to leave but Andrew insisted on going through some features.

Kind of ok

The was friendly and took care of me, I got a great car. I didn’t like how many times (17) they check my credit the high payments and the force me into going to a loan with my son even though I said that I preferred not to because I wanted to buy a car for my self in couples of months and now probably cant

Renewed Faith in Fuccillo Kia

I swore last time I bought a car from this dealership that I wouldn’t be back (all due to the salesman). However, my GPS had other plans. I ended up back at the same place and was greeted by Joseph. Joe was professional and warm from the beginning to the end of the process. My faith in your dealership has been renewed.

Great service!

Had an appointment for an inspection, nothing major, but had a family emergency I needed to get back to. They took my car right in and got me out in no time at all. I really appreciated their understanding and working so hard to get me out so quick!

My experience has been very good

My 2019 kiaSorento is my 5 kia I have bought at your dealership. I have been very satisfied with the suv’s And the service has been very good. My sales man has been very good and I would recommend him to my friends. I love my Kia Sorento , I bought my first one in 1998.
