Harold Wood sold me a new car today

I took my car in for an inspection. I bumped into Woody, and we talked about looking for a vehicle which would suit my needs for traveling to florida every year. We found the right vehicle for me..which was the sportage 2020....got to drive it off the lot on the same day!!! Now would love to make a suggestion. I live in Colonie ny. There is a Kia by me...so I sometimes take my car there for service. When they service my vehicle...I get a free car wash. Would be nice if you folks did the same..only a suggestion.

Matt at Fuccillo Kia is amazing

My husband and I chose too go to Fuccillo Kia because of a light blue Elantra we had viewed online. Matt met us outside right away and helped along our decision to choose the light blue Elantra we had seen online. He didn’t introduce himself right away but that’s alright he was more interested in whom and what he was working with because it was later in the afternoon on a Saturday. Overall Matt worked hard to trade in my 14 year old mustang and get us in that light blue Elantra and I’d recommend Matt anywhere to anyone. Matt is amazing.

PMA Postive Mental Attitude!!!

Ed provides PMA and a great customer service experience. The team was amazing from sale to service CJ and Andre are the best. Went to Destination horrible time Ed and team saved the day.

Pleasant, timely, efficient

Very impressed with how quick I was able to get an appointment. I was told 1 hour and that’s exactly how long it took. Parts were in so I did not have to come back. Especially liked that there a gentleman outside the building waiting for customers to pull in and pint them in the right direction.

good have visited this dealership previously.

Comparable prices with other dealerships. Close to home, friendly staff. , clean showroom. Salesman were knowledgeable. . Felt to a little pressured to make a decision that night, as I only came in to shop.

A positive experience my second time around!

I first went to Kia seven years ago (2012) and bought a used Kia Sorrento. I went in that day and left that with the car. I had great service and good price for me. I loved that car. I had no major issues at all. Recently I felt it was time for something new. I wanted another Sorrento. I drove in the lot and parked and was greeted with a huge smile from a very polite young lady, Vani. I told her what I was looking for. I very much liked , test drove and bought that day a 2017 Kia Sportage. In the color I wanted. I loved it. It was a great fit for me. I then spent time with Vani about purchasing the car she and the financial team made me a deal I could not refuse. I was very pleased. This is my second experience with Kia and I'm very pleased once again. Thank for making this a positive experience.

Wonderful experience, Woody was awesome.
