Ken was the best!!

Ken was absolutely amazing!!! He was so accommodating when I showed up with no appointment and frantic that my car was broken!! My car was done two days prior than I had been told and all was covered under my warranty! He then went above and beyond .... the day he called me to tell me it was ready my husband was unexpectedly in the hospital and he made sure he had my car delivered to my house within two hours of his phone call! I could not be any more pleased with the service I received! I have not taken my car there for service since I bought it but I sure do plan on it now because I am now aware of the sincere, kind, and amazing service!!! It was all Ken!!! I seriously didn’t have to do anything!!! I was going through a very difficult time and he made it sooo much easier!!! Look forward to seeing him again for my next service!!!!

A No Problem Appointment and Maintenance Service

I had called for an appointment to bring my Sorento in for Inspection, Oil and Filter change, and wheel rotation. They said "no problem bring the car in anytime". When I got there I was a happy to see Ed the manager and Heath who sold me the vehicle, they came with me to the service area, made sure that I was getting what I wanted and when we were done, Ed had a loner car waiting for to take until my car was ready. They called me When the car was ready, and I drove up at my convenience to pickup my car. When I got there they went through what they did and they even gave my car a great wash in and out!! Thank You Fuccillo's , and Ed said "No Problem"

Still going strong.

I have two Kia’s, a 2003 Sorento and 2007 Spectra5. They run like new because of the excellent service they continue to get from the service department at Fuccillo Kia. Service advisors talk to me and address all concerns. I have complete confidence in my Kias and this service department helps me keep it.

First maintenance check-up on new Sorento.

I showed up for my appointment for my first maintenance on my new KIA Sorento. I was greeted at the service desk. The needed maintenance check was done in a short amount of time with no issues or delays. The service person in charge was very cordial and thorough and answered a number of questions that I had regarding my vehicle.

I went to Kia for information. POOR customer service. Told to apply directly to Kia. Thought you had over 100 banks? Ill try elsewhere. Adios

WOW!!! Awful

Billy Fuccillo!!!!!! I was just in to your Schenectady Kia store and I have to say that was the absolute worst customer service I have ever had in my life from any car dealership. I told them I was in there to do an appraisal on my car nobody even got off their xxxxx to even say Hi to me to her or to even come talk to me. I just came back from your Florida store in Cape coral and I wanted to buy a car but I didn't have my trade and with me when I was in Florida. I have to say that I will never send anybody to Fuccillo evee again. I was told that the appraisal from my car would be whatever it would be on Kelly blue book at the lowest value. I will be buying a car from somewheres else. I am a full time student recovering from cancer and let me tell you that was the absolute worst service I have ever had. On TV you're always saying you're a dealer for the people and your dealerships say otherwise

Noise coming from inside engine compartment

So I left this service center which sounded more like a sales Center just a few minutes ago. I went in for an oil change and a noise coming from the engine compartment that sounded like metal on metal. After hearing the service gentleman come out several times selling various services from transmission flushes to brake checks he then came over to me asking if he can do a tire alignment so that they can hear the noise better. They said it is very faint and sometimes normal for Kias which I've owned four of now... I'm not unless it becomes more pronounced it shouldn't be a problem. Let me translate that this is covered under the bumper to bumper warranty and we would prefer not to get into it right now because we can't sell you another service. I declined a tire alignment and simply said finish the oil change I left there luckily only being charged $44. This was after the two to three people before meets were charged 800 250 and $360. I will go to a reputable Kia service center and I am sure I will get this fixed I have a quick 15 seconds of video where the noise is obvious when my seven-year-old little girl says Dad what's that sound coming from the car. I will get it fixed and I will not go back to Fuccillo for anything. Feel free to delete me from your records Billy.

3 strikes and your OUT!

Not 1,not 2, but 3 attempts to try and get our initial new car delivery detail and services done and it couldn't get accomplished. We live an hour and 20 mins away from the dealership and Billy the sales manager could give 2 SH*** about the value of our time and effort made to come down on a scheduled time convient for them really to get the job done. A lot of games were played between managers, salesman and detail crew or maybe it was just obvious ignorance and oblivion to the reality that we were actually there for a service to get done... As soon as we signed off on the paperwork for ownership, any form of customer service was a joke. After 2 days of lost wages and 3 migraine headaches its safe to say Fuccilo KIA was a HUGE disappointment! 0 out of 5,No Stars, Thumbs down, Never Again, Don't waste your time, money or effort to do business with this place. It will be a HUGE mistake.

2015 Kia Sportage

Was in to purchase a new car in a hurry had decent credit and was placed into Crescent Bank there go to bank at 11% with 740 credit I was I a rush because I totaled my car. They took advantage of me in the fine print what a scam no wonder they are almost out of business they a HUGE scammers stay away needless to say kia’s have low to no trade in value buy a lesser Toyota..
