Rude sales representatives

They wanted to give me a crap price on my vehicle and then after I kept telling them no they went up 3 times on the price, i politely told them that it just wasn't in my best interest. I went with my husband where they continuously ignored me to talk to him when it was my vehicle and my money that was being spent. And then the manager called me to pretty much be rude and tell me that my ideals were unrealistic because I didn't want to pay more than $240 for a car payment each month. Overall each and every salesperson in that place was rude and ignorant and I would never ever tell anybody to go there.

Just Great from start to finish

We have bought 5 New Cars from Fuccillos Kia in Schenectady. From the sale to the service it has been Great. The Staff of people have A1 very knowledgeable, and helpful. We recommend them 100 percent.

Indifferent Service Department

I received a Hyundai recall notice because of a faulty coil spring that could damage the tire while driving. Hyundai indicated the replacement part was not yet available but owners could have their cars inspected to assess their coil spring condition. I called Fuccillo in Schenectady where I bought the car for an appointment. The woman said that an inspection wouldn't be necessary because any problem with the coil spring would have been seen when I had my last annual vehicle inspection. I wasn't confident that that would be uncovered in a routine vehicle inspection and asked for an appointment to come in. Through a haughty attitude, she said she would have to have her manager get back to me. A gentleman returned my call and, believe it or not, admitted that he didn't know how to inspect for a faulty coil spring and would have to contact Hyundai headquarters. He still hasn't gotten back to me. Obviously, haughty woman was instructed to just get rid of me. So beware Fuccillo customers, you may find a "huge deal" but you may also find an indifferent service department with no interest whatsoever in the safety of your automobile. And, oh yes, I called Lia Hyundai in Albany and have an appointment for Monday - no problems.

Worst experience buying a new car in my life. Gave me the run around after the sale and didn't keep any of his promises about the vehicle, all he wanted was his commission check.

After having a bad experience at a Kia dealership in...

After having a bad experience at a Kia dealership in Springfield, MA on Saturday I went to Fuccillo Kia the next day on Sunday and walking out with a brand new 2013 Soul! I couldn't have asked for a better customer service and they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a Kia. I LOVE my Soul and I am a very happy customer!

This was my second time buying a car from Fuccillo Kia. I had a very positive experience about three years ago, so I decided to give this dealership a shot again when I was ready to replace my second vehicle. I walked into the dealership with a good idea of what I wanted. I talked with a salesman(Michael) and told him what I was looking for. He was very quick to bring around the car that I wanted to look at. During the test drive he was very knowledgeable about the car and explained things very well. We worked out a fair price for the car, and I was also given a good price on my trade in. This all took place very close to the time the dealership was closing so none of the paperwork could be finalized that night. They took all the information they needed and accommodated me by letting me take the car home that night anyway. I went back the next day and finished up the paperwork and drove home a happy new car owner. The overall experience was very positive and I will more than likely continue to buy cars from this dealership in the future.
