I DO NOT recommend this dealership. The customer service is TERRIBLE!! They only care about the actual deal, afterwards it’s like you disappeared. I went from one lease to another (big mistake) and part of the deal was I did not have to pay for my excess miles but I WAS charged for them. I’ve called and left over 10 messages to correct the mistake but still no response. I even went into the dealership to have this fixed, and nothing was done. I’m currently at the point where I needed to pay for the miles out of pocket because they were going to send me to collections. I wish I never went through the Fucillo Kia dealership. PLEASE pass this to friends/family.

Rude Sales Staff
I recently leased a new Kia from Fuccillo and was "satisfied". When I requested initial assistance with obtaining a 2017 vehicle, the sales staff started off OK. However, obtaining follow up information was extremely frustrating. I am now working with another KIA dealership.

The staff from Sales to Financing were honest and a pleasure to work with. They guided us in every step of finding the right vehicle with honesty and integrity. Our salesman was Mike B. and he was the best!

The best car buying experience in many years
My wife was looking to lease a new vehicle with 0 down or very little down. Our daughter recommended we ask for Andre, as she and her husband have purchased and leased several vehicles from this dealer. Andre always handled the transaction. Upon entering the dealership we asked for Andre and were asked to take a seat so he could be located. No aggressive sales pitch nor any push for a specific model. My wife looked at 4 different models and Andre provided all and explained all different options on each vehicle. She test drove each one. He was very thorough. We entered the dealership a little before noon and she was driving it off the lot a little before 3PM. Insurance, registration, new plates were all taken care of at that time. He then went over everything for the Optima one more time and answered all of her questions and concerns. Without exaggeration, it was the best buying experience I have ever encountered. Andre was patient, courteous and very helpful throughout the entire process.

BEST PLACE TO BUY A CAR
I have been here 3 times. I bought a kia Forte 2015, then came back in October and bought a 2nd car i got 2015 OPTIMA. Now its 4/10/17 and i am trading in my 2015 Forte for a 2017 Forte. No money down they gave me more than what was owed on my car they gave me 17,000 for my car. The 2017 is a niice ride and a great made car. I had the same sales person for all 3 cars his name is Brett he is the best there is not one thing he wouldn't do for u he is totally AWESOME u wont find anyone better, i promise u that. Fuccillo Kia is the total package. So all u haters out there, there just might b something wrong with u. Thank u PINK

Find another dealership!
This started off as a great experience and then quickly turned bad. I purchased a new car from this location. We all hate buying cars because of the sales tactics etc. At first, I was impressed with this location. But after I made the commitment to the vehicle, the whole thing changed. During the "paper signing ceremony" there were warranties snuck on to the final cost, an issue with keeping my old NY plates and just a feeling of dishonesty. Then getting new plates in a different state was a stage production. The sales woman is not someone I would recommend. She was so bad, I forget her name. I left there feeling so uncomfortable and with a reminder how I HATE shopping for cars. I did receive a customer satisfaction survey and was never followed up on by the local office. Big miss. I am a big fan of what Billy is all about but this location will no longer receive my business or business from my friends and family.

Terrible Customer Service.
I bought a 2013 Kia Forte from Fuccillo. I had a great experience and was more than happy to send them business. I am loyal customer till the end. I found out that loyalty doesn't mean anything to be a big business like Fuccillo. I went to get a replacement inspection sticker and was told that my car didn't not past inspection. The crazy thing is I was just there 2 weeks before to get my inspection and was told I needed a back bulb replaced to past inspection. No problem. So when I come back, I was told another back light is out and they had to order it. So no replacement sticker. Ok, that was too suspicious to me. I wanted to speak to a manager, instead I got the run around. Spoke to a rude girl from the service dept and she was nasty because I questioned my situation. Long story short, I AM DONE WITH FUCCILLO. Customer service is important and how you deal with customers is what makes them want to return.

Terrible Service
After service that took over 10 days, the car heated less that 1/4 mile from dealer ship. the bill was for $1510.00 and over half of the problems were not fixed. Had to have the car towed to another collision service to have it fixed. Fuccillo advisor said it must have been a coincidence. Presently the car is being serviced and is ready to roll by H&V Collision. The bill there was another $2000.00 worth of repairs. The advisor's name is Christopher Fonda. I recommend employees such a this a "pink slip". I will never do business with Fuccillo again at any of their dealerships!

Worse sales experience morally and ethically
Horrible experience, high pressured sales and deceitful. My father went in for an oil change on a leased Kia. He mentioned an automatic would be better. He calls me the next day upset and embarrassed and tells me they sold him another standard and a car too small for him to fit in. The worse part they had him finance the 4 1/2 years of the lease he was breaking. He did not need a new car let alone another standard. He still had 4 1/2 years left on his current lease. They pressured him into a sale and took advantage of an elderly person who was alone and talked him into something. They only told him what the new payment would be and did not mention having to pay the old lease. He is on a fixed income and can not afford higher payments. The next day he tried to get his old lease back but could not. I had to get involved and he now has an automatic with even higher payments that I have to help him pay.. No one WOULD finance 4/12 years of an old lease. As he had signed the sales contract, he had 2 choices keep the car he just bought and is too low to the ground or get one he can drive. I have never dealt with such a deceitful sales person. What they did is morally despicable and something my dad will have to live with for 84 months!! Please beware if you purchase a car from them and do not send a person alone to the dealership!

You just can not beat Fuccillo Kia of Schenectady
We had a car fire that was awful and ad always Billy Fuccillo Kia and George Brophy salesman are amazing. They got me into a brand new car for the same payment I was making. They are the most amazing. This is why I have purchased 5 automobiles from this dealership and from George. Great dealership.
