focused on profit, not the customer!

They know that cars are in short supply, and that it is a “sellers’ market”. Hence, they treat the customers poorly. The team focuses on margin and profit for Group 1, their corporate parent, and not what is right for the customer. Jesse, the GM, is absent and lets the automated CRM “pretend to care”. I did business with them because they had the only car in the city, not for any other reason.

Great Customer Experience!

Both the sales and service teams are awesome! My car and I have always received the best of care including masked, professional staff, timely services and even free car washes. I highly recommend.

Team is Unorganized, Disrespectful, & Pressure You

Called pre-owned department about an 03 Toyota they had listed on their site and on the CarGurus website. Said they had it and was still available so I booked a test drive. Called the day before and they said it was already sold, then I called later in the afternoon they said it was a mistake and they still had it, that should have been a RED FLAG, but I still booked a test drive. They said the car would be in front waiting for me to drive, I showed up there was no car waiting. Went inside they said they were going to get it, kept waiting then said they needed to just check it quick, kept waiting then said the car has a terrible issue and they wouldn't be able to sell the car. They said they had an 06 Nissan Altima I could test drive, so I drove it. Interior had some crumbs and fingerprint stains on the center console definitely wasnt cleaned right, but worst of all the AC DID NOT WORK and was blowing HOT AIR. This took place in hot humid Houston, TX. After the drive Im in their office w 2 sales employees. The head guy asks what I thought, as I BEGIN to explain he turns away and walks out the room w/out saying anything, like he didnt even care. In the middle of my explanation, I say "...oh and he just walked out" to the other employee referring to the sales guy walking away, and the other guy just laughs about it. I found this EGREGIOUSLY DISRESPECTFUL. He comes back in like nothing happened, and I tell them Im not interested (which I truly wasnt) and leave. Looking back, although I may not have proof, I'm pretty sure they lied about having the Toyota just so they could get me, and Im sure other possible customers, in the door.

Great Service

Great service expirence with accurate timing, fair prices and efficient service. I will do my car maintenance there all the time. Boik8ng online was easy. Amenities at waiting area are great. Free cofee and wifi.

excellent customer service

My Experiences here has always been good . Today my advisor was Dillon Wesley . Dillion was very knowledgeable , kept me updated on the process of the work that was being done HE provided excellent customer service today and made sure all of my needs were meet .

I love the service center they are very professional and explain any issues to you . Very accommodating , very clean facility , maybe need snacks on the waiting room area.

Don’t use this service

This has been the worse service of all. It supposed to be a short maintenance appointment and it took 3 days in the dealership. I called 3 times in one day just to check when my car will be ready. On top of that, they wanted to blame me for their delay

Great customer service. Cars was ready in a decent time and they provided lyft service home and back. Check them out for you car buying needs.
