We traded in our cars to get a brand new 2019 jeep grand cherokee that could haul 6500+ lbs and has 4 wheel drive. After our salesman told us that was the case we were ready to sign the papers. Little did we know we got the weakest jeep of the crew. It only hauls 3500 lbs max and had trouble making it up a hill with a little bit of snow on it (2 wheel drive). This car is not what we wanted our car salesman to sell us. Never going through dealership again especially this one. Although you might be greeted with smiles don't forget that they are there to screw you over. Please choose somewhere else or even better or your car online with Carvana, Autotrader, or even Car Guru. Keep away from shady carsalesman that don't tell the truth.

My engine light came on while in Alabama but I’m from Kentucky. I contacted Gulf Chrysler Dodge Jeep Service Department and was able to get an appointment the next day. The Service was great. The staff was courteous and professional. I felt like I was at my dealership back home. It took a day to special order the required parts but I was back on the road in no time.
